Notes:  Great example of how our steel frames can disappear from view when that is desired.  Clad with recycled Wyoming highway snow fencing!  Great room ceiling is 22 feet tall.  About 5,000 square feet.  Includes our moment frame and our wall system.

Notes:  The third Blue Sky project from o2 Architecture sits on a flat lot and exudes distinctive Palm Springs vibe.  Three bedrooms, two baths in about 1,700 square feet.  Includes our moment frame and our wall system.

Notes:  Large addition to a small house on a sloping lot.   Addition includes kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor deck and garage.  Includes our moment frame and our wall system.

Notes:  The architects created the famed itHouse, built with an aluminum frame system.  In this instance, where there was some topography to the lot, we provide a moment frame platform upon which they built an itHouse.  Call it a hybrid house!

Almost completed home

Status:  Completed June 2011

Notes:  Floats over very rugged terrain with almost no damaging site work required.  Two bedrooms, one bath in about 1,125 square feet.  Includes our moment frame and our wall system.

Notes:  This is our first house.  Just 1,000 square feet with two bedrooms, one bath.  Floats over seasonal stream.  Completed in eight weeks. Published in Dwell magazine – and elsewhere.  Available as a vacation rental. Includes our moment frame and our wall system.

Notes:  Our first non-residential project.  Architect needed frame system that could be easily shipped with all parts and pieces ready for rapid site assembly.  Had to be able to withstand 150 mile-per-hour winds and large seismic forces.  About 22,000 square feet.  Utilizes our moment frame.
