Notes: The architects created the famed itHouse, built with an aluminum frame system. In this instance, where there was some topography to the lot, we provide a moment frame platform upon which they built an itHouse. Call it a hybrid house!

Graham Residence
Location: Rock Reach / Yucca Valley, California.
Status: Completed June 2011
Architect: o2 Architecture, Palm Springs
Notes: Floats over very rugged terrain with almost no damaging site work required. Two bedrooms, one bath in about 1,125 square feet. Includes our moment frame and our wall system.

Rock Reach House
Location: Rock Reach / Yucca Valley, California.
Status: Completed April 2009
Architect: o2 Architecture, Palm Springs
Notes: This is our first house. Just 1,000 square feet with two bedrooms, one bath. Floats over seasonal stream. Completed in eight weeks. Published in Dwell magazine – and elsewhere. Available as a vacation rental. Includes our moment frame and our wall system.

Vista Las Palmas Addition
Location: Palm Springs, California

Notes: This addition to a much-loved Alexander mid century modern home created new carport, large master suite and integrated shade structure at the pool. Includes our moment frame.
Kimball Residence
Location: Hakuela, Hawaii (Big Island)
Status: Construction estimated to begin in August 2013

Notes: Our first project in Hawaii is a compact 1500 square foot modern ranch house in the upcountry on the Big Island
Vista Place

Notes: Three-story addition to a one-story cottage in the community’s walk street district. Includes our moment frame.
Joshua Tree 1 – 4
Location: Joshua Tree, California
Status: Planning phase
Architect: Jim Jennings Architecture, San Francisco
Notes: Designed as four-home development adjacent to Joshua Tree National Park that would provide top modernist architecture to the vacation rental home market (which is badly underserved in Joshua Tree). Each home has two master suites on either side of generous great room.
