Architect Internship with Concentration on Structural Detailing
Blue Sky Building Systems is looking for a talented intern to work with our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should be interested changing the way homes are built, and factory fabricated – site assembled construction techniques. The intern will join a hardworking and passionate team, focused on building a great company. Interns will get experience not only in their specific project areas, but into all aspects of the company.
Requirements:

- Expert in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Structural Detailing

Details:
The intern would be responsible for a range of projects including:
- Developing revit models of various designs
- Developing cut sheets using AutoCAD Structural Detailing
- Product Development
Interns should live in the Los Angeles area and be able to work from home 2-4 days per week. Interns should have their own computer with the necessary software. AutoCAD Structural Detailing, Autodesk Revit, Photoshop, MS Office Suite, and a good internet connection are a must.
This is a full-time, paid internship.
The length of the internship will be 2-3 months. Long term employment opportunity may exist depending on both individual and company performance.
Process:
Select candidates will be contacted for a first round interview. This interview will have both personal and technical components and will be done via web meeting. Second round candidates will be asked to do an in-person interviews.
